The construction of your home can be by the builder of your choice, however all plans must be approved and respect the following guidelines:

• A 1 storey house must have a minimum of 1800 square feet plus double garage.
• A 2 storey house must have a minimum of 2200 square feet plus double garage.
• The front of the house must be of brick, stone or wood.
